"Only been in use for a week but the controls are straightforward and it looks good. Easy install. Friendly delivery with good comms to let us know where they were on route. Overall very Happy. Clean looks and impressive performance. We were a bit dubious about an electric grill but it's great."

"I’m very disappointed with my product as when it was unpacked and being installed we realised the glass inside the large part of the double oven was missing and the small one at the top had broken clips that should hold the glass in place so I now can’t use any part of the oven on Xmas eve! And was told when I rang up there was nothing they could do to to help me get it sorted for our Xmas day dinner so that’s us not able to cook dinner on Xmas day !! Can’t receive a replacement oven till 28th? Not sure if I will be ordering from here again
