"we purchased the Belling double oven Nov 26th and was installed in December into our new kitchen
we have had problems from day 1
1) both ovens could not be used together and there was a smell of gas
an engineer called on 22nd dec unable to fix
2) able to use bottom oven but took nearly twice as long to cook and the handles got very hot , now waiting for a engineer to call for 21st Jan
I feel it is not fit for the purpose and would like a replacement "

"Great double oven features. Great price compared to similar d/ovens. Easy to fit and already creating great food recipes. Looks good too.

"Good overall. The only down side is the small top oven where the element is open and not glazed in. My last oven had that feature making the glass much easier to clean. I believe that this will be harder, though have not actually tried it yet."
