"I ordered this oven as the one I originally purchased was too big for the new kitchen unit! I chatted with an advisor and arranged an exchange- this oven arrived 2 days later, friendly driver/ delivery man swapped the ovens over- they even bubble wrapped old one. Anyway the difference was refunded the very next day! Great device
My new oven looks good, is very quick and although has lots of functions, it couldn’t be any easier than making sure you use your manual until I know what to do :-) I did change from gas to electric so this is a whole new experience for me- currently font know why I didn’t do it years ago!! Bosch good reputable supplier!! Looks good too! Very happy customer - have also booked collect and recycle for £10!! Amazing service!! Definitely recommend AO- even got a free bear :-) "
