"We have always bought Belling for mum and she was very happy to receive the oven.
I had a lot of issues buying an oven that fits in the kitchen gap, took a chance as they said if its no good they would be happy to come and collect at no extra charge. They then called me to see if there was anything else i need. fantastic service and great delivery guys.

"Easy to use and looks great. Only used a few times but no issues whatsoever. Quieter than our old oven."
"The hinges on the door are not strong enough which leads to a gap forming at the top which lets the heat and cooking smells out. A Belling engineer came under warranty and told me this. He fitted uprated door brackets which failed about 5 months later - the repair is only guaranteed for 3 months, so I am left with a faulty product which is 24 days out of its original guarantee. All they tried to do was sell me a £155 insurance policy - AVOID - gets 2 stars because apart from the door hinges, the cooker is actually really good. Such a shame the support I received does not match the performance?"

"This oven wasn’t my original choice but I’m so glad we ended up with it! Our original choice would not fit in the space we had so this was suggested as an option from AO customer services. So far it’s been fantastic! It’s so easy to use and has a great selection of settings. Plus, it’s not over the top with a million functions and buttons. It heats up quickly and has a loud and clear alarm when using the timer. I have also used the proving setting for bread making which was a brilliant surprise (I didn’t realise it had this feature until it arrived). Overall, we are really pleased with this model and would definitely recommend. "
