"Title pretty much says it all. I’m a professional chef who wanted something a lot more reliable that the old oven in the house we moved into. After trailing a few things in the oven I can happily say this machine is a solid peice of equipment. Cakes are brilliant, sourdough bread even better. Larger baked meals, smaller delicate pastries, iv tried them all and all have come out 100% better than the previous oven"
