"I bought this induction hob over two months ago so have had a good opportunity to use it and therefore comment. Firstly it is sleek and attractive, the touch controls are extremely responsive, it is very quiet and there is a good range of cooking zones. My previous ceramic hob was hard to clean as the food would burn on, this does not happen with an induction hob, after two months it is still so clean and sparkling, only requiring a wipe with a cloth after use. This is my first experience with induction cooking and I am so impressed. Water heats in seconds and is controlled effortlessly, frying is just the same, so no more burnt food and less splashing of fat. Most of my pans were magnetic which meant I only had to buy a few new ones, my frying pans unsuitable. It fitted easily and was very good value, one of my best purchases."
