"The induction hob is great, though the first arrived damaged and as the old hob had been recycled we were left without means of cooking our food for 3 days due to the inability to get us the same level of service as the original order, i.e. next day delivery!!! "
"Wow, how things have changed since we bought our last hob 8 years ago. So far we are finding this HiSense hob easy to use, quick to respond and very efficient. Good safety features if you have little ones around and the bridged heating zone is a great idea. Wish we'd changed years ago. One slight criticism, is that there was no user manual with it. Not sure if this is an accidental omission or if it is policy, but soon accessed and printed one from the HiSense site."
