"This hob that developed a fault after about 10 months. AO sent out a Hisense repair man, who couldn't repair it, then there were no parts available. AO had no replacement in stock for this model. So we ended up paying the extra for a Samsung hob, so far pleased with it. A bigger discount would have been nice to compensate for the inconvenience, but can't fault AO for dealing with the matter and getting it sorted."

The hob looks great, is easy to use, and best of all it is almost instant heat. Only regret is that I wish I’d changed it sooner. "
