"I'll be straight. This is a good value cheap hob although I found it a little complicated to begin with. The reason I gave it only one star is because whilst installing it I sliced one of my fingers quite badly on a sharp piece of metal which should not have been on it. The product should have been delivered in better condition, quality control should have been better. If I'm being unfair because this is not normally an issue, I apologise but this was my experience."
