"I'm bewildered by the good reviews on here. I wanted a simple, basic oven but this doesn't even do the basics properly.
- It doesn't have a fan oven function, instead it has a top and bottom heater with fan which means you are effectively grilling your food
- The fan then throws oil everywhere, after cooking a first roast dinner the walls were covered in rivulets of oil and the floor of the oven had a large pool of oil on it
- It takes 18 minutes to heat the oven to 200 degrees
- It doesn't cook evenly, the grill element is so badly designed that food around the outside and in a small patch in the middle burns while the rest remains pale, both when grilling and cooking
- You have to close the oven door when you use the grill which means you can't tell when food is browning
- The lighting in the oven makes food look as if it's browning so you're constantly opening the door when grilling only to find the food is still pale (or burnt in places)
- The oven cleaning function does absolutely nothing
- There's no option to turn a light on when you're cleaning the oven so you can't see a thing
- The shelves can tip backwards emptying the contents down the back of the oven
- The next time you use the oven after it's thrown oil everywhere, the oven and the kitchen fills up with toxic smoke
Thankfully AO.com have been amazing and have exchanged my oven for a different brand.

"The oven is really nice, looks really modern and works really well, heats up quick and also I really like that you click the dials in an out stops children playing with them, really easy install as it comes with a hard wired plug on already and will fit your standard oven unit in your counter highly recommended "

"Arrived on time. Very well packaged.
Easy to install, instruction manual not altogether intuitive as it took around 15 mins to get the appliance to switch on.
Hadn't realised on ordering that it isn't a true fan oven but a 'fan assisted' model.
After some trial and error, I have found the cooking results to be more than satisfactory. It cooks a lot quicker than my old one and seems easy to clean.
Haven't used all functions yet but overall build quality seems to be good. Reasonably sturdy and the soft close door is a nice bonus.
The fans in the oven do cause vibration and make the shelves rattle, I have to leave a baking tray on them to weigh them down.
The external door glass also gets very very hot when in use. Please keep this in mind if you have small children!! "

"Expected good things from this oven after reading the reviews, but unfortunately I have a couple of issues with it. First off, in the user instruction booklet there are numerous methods of cooking except a general everyday cooking one and the pre heating takes a while. Also, it makes a loud rattling noise. I thought it was the racks inside so I removed them but it still rattles. Very annoying...
I would recommend looking elsewhere.. "

"Great lol little oven. The different cooking options that can be used with the oven is great and having 2 shelves coming with it is one of the many reasons why I chose this oven. It's a smart looking oven also once in place. The only negative I can say is when the oven is warming up or cooling down,when the shelves are left in they make a slightly annoying rattle. Overall though I can't fault this product. "
