"Excellent service. product delivered on time. Does what it says in the description. This is not a Neff but it does the job and a lot cheaper. The 9 functions are useful but a bit OTT. I was surprised to have a cable with the oven and even more surprised to have a plug fitted. This oven uses very little power as indicated by the cable size. Not used it to bake a cake yet but very happy at the moment. "

"Just received my new Oven, took all of 3 minutes to fit and fits it does, nice and snug. Very efficient oven compared to my old one as cooks much quicker, although it takes the same amount of time to pre-heat the oven as my old one did approx 14 mins. Took a while to find the stop/start button but once found all was fine. I like the soft close door and the two best things are that you can not hear the fan, I had to check a couple of times to see if it was working as its so quiet, and, it comes with a 13 amp plugged cable already wired in, so you only have to plug it into the socket, no hard wire connect here. I also Like the idea of two heaters, one at the top and one at the bottom, I should think that only the top heater would suffice most cooking. Love the look so sleek and upmarket....Hisense is the new Neff in ovens....make sure that when you fit the oven to use the plastic grommets supplied, I used a larger screw to make sure the oven didn't move, as the ones that come with it are very slim. Like the idea of the oven turning itself off when on minute timer, and also like the audio beep to let you know that time is up. Found that if you switch off the oven 10 minutes before the due time of finishing cooking is up, the food carries on cooking in the heat that the oven has generated, saving you money....this oven also has a defrost setting....excellent. I give this cooker 5 stars all round."

"Thought this oven looked like a good, turned out to be great deal. The install was easy, instructions are clear. Feature that usually only come at a higher price point. Look at other options, then buy this. "

"Fantastic product for the money. I am so glad I found this oven at AO with free delivery. It is a fantastic oven and does so much for such a little price. I looks lovely in our new kitchen and looks more expensive than it is. The description doesn't advise whether it is 31A hardwired or 13A 3 pin plug. I was very pleased to see it was infact a 13A 3 pin UK plug, which was already attached. Very easy installation indeed. I would recommend this product to anyone."
