Good feature set, falls down on the basics

"I bought this for the flatbed and autocook features, which are costly but worth it.

Wiping it down and keeping it clean inside are well worth it, as well as the self cleaning feature. Haven't used the dough proving function yet but that probably justifies the cost, especially in winter...

However there are a few annoying things we found that really knock the star count down:

- the cable flex is really short

- the touch sensitivity on the buttons is... variable

- we found that the microwave switched itself off entirely after a few hours with no way to revive it, so we had to unplug and reset the timer - again, a bit of annoying user experience due to the touch sensitivity"
