"Replaced our old hob with this new Bosch and it was an excellent choice. The burners are so strong and the finish really classy. A great service - came as planned - no excuses or delays and able to get on with the job. Would definitely buy from ao.com again"

"First one had nasty scratch. AO offered money off or to replace and I chose the latter. It came quickly and the first was taken away. The replacement was shrink wrapped whereas the first one was just wound in clingfilm so I am suspicious that the first one was already a return. Some people might like money off but it was an obvious scratch that few would want. Hmm."
