"Got his tv on Sunday wall Mounted it on Monday couldnt find the t browser which is the browser for the internet. Contacted TCL who then help me update the software after about 4 attempts its all up and running . yesterday had problem with volume control so retuned tv so issue solved. Any way Picture quality good, sound not too bad
biggest draw back is the lack of english apps like no facebook or other social media . there is no way of installing 3 party apps due to this tv running on Linux (as the newer models run android and roku) which should have been put in the description. my advice is buy a slightly more expensive TV for better apps. if thats what you need. As for Tv well it does the job nice big screen good access to Netflix and freeview play. If you have bought this and need extra apps then use a firestick. If you already have a firestick by the largest and cheapest TV you can afford with or without apps.Value for money reasonable"

"The product is sleek and minimal in design, which I found perfect for mounting on the wall. The display is excellent quality I am still in awe of the quality. I love the fact it is a smart tv and has Netflix built in it is an added bonus! The remote was a lot slimmer than I thought it it would be but it fits in the hand and is extremely lightweight and not bulky like other tv remotes. "
