"Installation was easy, as it replaced an existing built-in oven. Wiring up and getting to work was no problem. The controls are nice and solid, with most of the essential features done using two rotating knobs. Cooking so far has been very good. It seems to keep an evenly distributed temperature well. The only downside is that it is so well insulated and sealed that you can get a face full of hot steam when opening the door during cooking. The solution is just to keep back when opening the door."

"This oven replaced the one that was installed when the house was built over 13 years ago. Technology has moved on and this oven doesn’t disappoint in terms of performance. We bake fresh bread nearly every day and using the fan oven with the ability to steam the loaf at the beginning of the bake produces an excellent crust on sour dough bread. The bottom heat function allows for even heating across the base of pizza bases, cakes and pastries meaning no soggy bottoms. It also cooks oven chips! So far it’s not been installed long enough to use the Pyrolytic cleaning function but that should hopefully make life a lot easier when it comes time to degunk it! All in all, very impressed so far. "

"Very pleased with this oven, as an engineer I appreciate good engineering, and this is good. There has been a lot of thought put into the design of this oven and it makes it by far the best one I've had in 20 years.
Things I like about it: It comes with a full complement of trays (others only give you one or two at the most)
The oven heats very fast and has an option to view the temperature as a readout.
The bread function works like a dream.
The cleaning cycle is short and flexible and effective.
It's really easy to keep clean.

"Does require an electrician to install but always safer for oven - does not come with lead.
Super big oven inside, steam function is great made my bread rise perfectly!
