"Ordered from AO and delivered on time by a really good crew who took my old tumble dryer away and put the new one exactly where required. Tumble dryer seems fine so far - easy to connect (if I can do it....) and certainly does the job although obviously it will take time to get used to the new settings."

"Had it on the go non stop yesterday after 2weeks of no washing machine or dryer. Dried everything really quickly, auto stopped when they were almost 100% dry and collected all the oose easily to be cleared out.
The jean setting is great too, put 6 pairs through the cycle and they all still fit and haven't shrunk which is an extra bonus!
Would highly recommend."

"I bought the 9kg capacity model of this range just under 3 years ago.
It dried the family washing (throughout each full year) without a single fault until the heating system failed.
My partner uses timed programs, whereas I always used the auto-sensing program set to cupboard dry.
Machine loses a star because “cupboard dry” program rarely delivers what I feel is cupboard dry. In the winter I tend to run that program a second time (it doesn’t run as long as the first time as the clothes are already nearly dry).
This is annoying as I have to attend the machine twice - but got less annoying when I a friend showed me that you could switch the end of program beeper to only signal once instead of loads of times - ”you are a machine so behave subserviently”.
I looked on parts sites but couldn’t figure out whether just the thermostat, or the heating element also needed replacing - in the worst case it looked like 50% of the cost of a new machine, with the risk that my weak diy skills might need a engineer as well - I decided to buy a replacement machine.
An exact replacement was more expensive than the larger capacity drum, so I went for that.
New one works exactly like the previous one, just a slightly different display panel.
Machine came configured with minimal end of program beep, but the cupboard dry program still works exactly the same way - I had hoped they might have fixed that in 3 years.
So, good but still not perfect"
