"Excellent service from ao. Good product but annoying that it keeps going after it has finished. Supposed to be anti crease feature but if you put it on before you go to bed it keeps going till morning which is disturbing. Can’t find a way to avoid this. I need to run it at night for cheap rate electricity. Seems ok otherwise but I probably wouldn’t but again. "
"Worked fine for 19 days after delivery. Then with only a duvet cover inside it made horribly loud mechanical noises and started filling the kitchen with smoke. Thankfully it was easy to switch off the mains and unplug it quickly. It was lucky I happened to be at home and sat only ten feet away. The drum had seized completely. AO and Hoover immediately agreed to remove/replace the dryer so we purchased another from a different manufacturer. I'm afraid there wont be any more Hoover appliances in this house it really spooked my wife. "
"Delivered quickly, packaged well. The product itself has far more programmes than I can imagine anyone would need. The most useful this I would have liked is to know how long each cycle was, as it doesn't say. The machine is noisier than my last one which was a Hotpoint, but does seem to be drying clothes well. "

"Good set of instructions as there are many settings but as with most things you will us a day to day setting and the others when required. Like the settings for iron dry or completely dry etc. Not as noisy as some critics say, it rumbles rather than a constant Db level. Fluff warning, easy to empty.
