"Another faultless purchase from AO, I really cant find anything to improve. Painless ordering that was followed up by a quick confirmation phone call- surprisingly helpful. It arrived on time and in my chosen slot with great communication from the delivery driver.
Unfortunately, with nobody at fault the machine was damaged at some point with a large crack down the back...with a feeling of doom, the next day, I called customer services on a Sunday morning. However, within 24 hours of this call I had a replacement machine, unpacked this time and checked by the next driver, a refund for my original delivery, an apology and great working machine that I am very pleased with.
The customer service I received was amazing, the drivers were friendly and on time, the machine is great, the problem was corrected as quickly as humanly possible and I couldn’t recommend it more. "

"We are very pleased with the Hoover tumble dryer we purchased. It performs all actions seamlessly, effortlessly and what's more to the point virtually silently. This last point is crucial given we programme the Hoover dryer to dry during the early hours coinciding with economy 7 making its function cheaper and more efficient: something you can't do with out with three children in the family.

"Clothes dry super quick.
I did the calculations and the lower energy units dissipate some heat to the surrounding and are therefore on for longer. This one the energy use is higher but it’s on for shorter so cost is actually less.
