"My other half has never liked using tumble dryers. She says it shrinks clothing and shortens their lifespan.
To cut a long story short she was amazed at how kind a heat pump is to our clothes and is now a convert.
OK so it takes a little longer than a regular dryer to complete a cycle but the trade off for its efficiency, running cost and gentleness to clothing is definitely worth it. "

"Avoid this thing like Covid 19 it really is that pathetically bad, arrived damaged for a start. Then when started up makes a very loud Heart Beat like noise that is strong enough to move the machine around the kitchen. Candy passed me from pillar to post and have no idea what to do, apart from the running in myth and after 4 cycles it will be fine. Wrong it's getting worse and when you read the forum's you realise how many lives this thing has ruined. Candy begs you to keep a defective machine and AO want pictures of the damage but refuse to comment on the noise. So to sum up after 1 week of ownership I want a refund as clearly not fit for purpose and the sheer frustration and hassle is not worth it to deal with AO at all. The only benefits to this doorstop are low running costs and it dries nicely otherwise I have an expensive piece of junk to recycle and buy another machine within 2 weeks. Oh and it is a costly error of judgement as well since this has cost me £279 for a whole heap of heartache and trouble, Thank you very much AO and yes I would like the money back for my machine as per review request and you can take it away as well."

"Super little dryer, much larger capacity than my last one which is very nice. Filters are easy to access and clean and water collection tank in the door is very convenient and easy to empty. I am very happy with the rating and hope that I will see a reduction in my electricity consumption after having a vented dryer previously. "
