"I decided to go with the highest capacity (11kg) Dryer I could get from AO.
I've only had it a month so far, so haven't really got any negatives to mention yet.
I will say that the Wi-Fi linking option is pretty underwhelming. I didn't really have any problems linking it, but in all honesty on an Apple device there's nothing more to it than what you can just do by twiddling knobs and pressing buttons on the front of the Dryer (It's quicker using the front panel too).
Apparently other devices have the NFC option which allows for many more options and tweaking.
So far the dryer is performing as expected.
My previous Hoover dryer unfortunately didn't even last 2 years and failed just out of warranty. Hoping for better from this one which wasn't particularly cheap.
My previous Hoover Dryer became steadily more noisy over time, so this one being nice and quiet for now is really great."

"Very happy and pleased with my new Hoover tumble dryer!!! Matches my washing machine. Easy to work both manual and wi-fi. Couldn't ask for a better make. Never had any problems with this make. A very happy customer ????"

"We've had the dryer for a week or so now and have used it a few times to test it. Capacity is enormous! Drying seems quick and complete. The condensing casette is in the door which is a good idea, we probably won't bother with the optional drain pipe into the adjacent sink although it's there if we need it. Filters seem easy to access and clean. Extremely pleased overall. Only one thing to mention, which doesn't matter to us, you can't reverse the door on this model."

"Desired the biggest capacity with heat-pump. I chose the biggest 11 KG machine only available with Hoover.
On first use it would was perfect except for the double thud with every spin, that would resonate throughout the house, unlike my previous 8 year old Panasonic dryer. It turned out to be a fault called "heart-beat" sound, due to damage in transit or so they say. Engineer advised against heat-pump as ineffective.
This is the 3rd Hoover-Candy product I've had challenges with, Hoover-Candy customer service on the phone is terrible. They try and up-sell you insurance and when you reject it they pass you on, Then when they find out you need a call out engineer they pass you on to someone to register it and ask you to call back in 24 hours for system to update. Then the engineer turns up at the wrong house and calls you a completely wrong name and title!(offices fault).
The Wifi connection with Hoover is a gimmick and the app is okay if you have the mind of a software programmer. If your Wifi password has a "$" you better change it as it will not work with Hoover's app, most people will never work this out and waste hours of life.
I swapped to a cheaper AEG 8KG condensing machine which certainly has a more solid build and looks and feels more robust. AEG has more confidence in their products giving me a 2 year warranty over Hoovers 1 year.
The Hoover buttons are all on one screen, on the first day this "button pad" was only working intermittently on the very first day!. AEG has old fashioned individual reliable dials and multiple responsive buttons that work and if one fails it wont be the end of the world like with Hoovers single button pad.
Hoover need to increase their warranty period to 5 years for me to even consider buying their products again. "

"I love the large capacity, can dry a big load at once. It's a must to have in a home. Very quite can even leave it running at night time. Love the wifi connection.
Overall it's a very good product.
Had to wait for some time for stock since it was out of stock. Once in stock, Delivery was fast and flexible."
