"Fantastic Tumble dryer , does exactly what it says on the box ??
I love the fact that you can see the water in the door & it is so easy to empty, unlike a previous condenser we had years ago, so switched back to a vented until we brought this one.

"The drum is very noisy - can be heard through 2 closed doors -
Have reported to Hoover support who have suggested it needs to run 8-12 times for the noise to stop but no improvement."
"Great product, quality and stylish. Quietest tumble dryer I’ve owned. Easy to empty the reservoir held in the door. You can also connect to permanent waste to save having to do that.
ao were amazing also when 1st one delivered was faulty. They went above and beyond to get a replacement sent straight out. "

"When first switched on , the dryer was not quiet, there was a constant thumping noise, called AO, who arranged for a conference call with manufacturer, which resulted in an engineer visit (couple of days wait) he confirmed that dryer had been bumped in transit which is a common occurance (engineers words) the drum was not on the rollers. fixed in a few minutes, dryer set running again and is extremely quiet. Yes it takes longer than the other types of dryer, but it is essentially more efficient. Would be nice to have a setting for additional 10 mins to run If clothes not completely dry ,Rather than putting on a full program. Overall happy with my purchase."
"Awful, sounds like a train. My neighbours have complained they can hear it next door and its nowhere near the joining wall. I thought by spending alot on a dryer it'd do what it claims. It barely dries and the water tank has cracked after 2 weeks its that flimsy."
