"Looks very good, the dial doesn't do the image justice and could be made of a smarter material. Performance wise, I have never had a condenser dryer before so at first found the time to dry a load excessive but seeing the amount of water collected I understand. The product itself is easy to use and self explanatory and once used it's easy to reprogram. I like it and would recommend this to everyone."

"Had this for over a week now and with 3 kids it's had a lot of use. Great large capacity, but takes longer than previous machine. Perfectly acceptable given it uses less energy."

"Having read up about the various options I was pretty sure I wanted a heat pump dryer and I haven't been disappointed.This machine is easy to set-up, has a great all-in-one setting, a massive drum and load capacity and retains all heat and moisture within the unit meaning that it doesn't turn the conservatory (where we have located it) into a sub-tropical greenhouse or cost the Earth to run. The app is easy to use for product registration although I've yet to utilize it's full control functionality. It also comes with a drainage hose so we can plumb it in in the future but for now the door mounted water collector is simple to remove, empty and reconnect - as is the fluff filter - meaning neither is a chore to do."

"So reviews were really good and i wanted to invest in a good dryer but what a bad decision!!
First load goes in too dry and the dryer makes an awful grinding noise once it heats up. I now need to contact Hoover to call out an engineer.
So disappointed with this appliance!!! maybe i've just been unlucky "

"I’ve had my new dryer a week and i’m struggling with it. The buttons are pressure sensitive but I am unable to get them to respond to me. The WiFi option doesn’t connect well, then doesn’t display options on my phone, and I haven’t found a setting that will get my clothes dry in 90minutes, which my old dryer was able to do. At the moment, I’m pretty frustrated and feeling like I should have done more research. I work full time and need to be able to get through about 12 loads of laundry at the weekends- that just doesn’t feel feasible right now."

"Great machine and easy to use once you get the hang of controls, coming from a 13year old basic dryer before this took me a few days.
The downside of this model is that if you have a loose sock it gets stuck on top of the lint catcher easily and blocks it so when you open door the sock is thick with fluff that should of gone in the filter. I had to put all my socks into a pillowcase to stop this from happening so this causing a slightly longer drying time for them now.
On plus side the dryer is not putting out any condensation into my kitchen or excess heat when in use. "
