"I bought this 10 kg dyer this April 2020 and so far no problem. The water tank is located at the bottom but it you have a flat surface it’s easy to empty. The app only gives simple basic details if you have an IPhone. I also like the digital features. However, I was unable to find the manual on the product website.

"I have only used it a couple of times but i already prefer it to my last one but i still need to get a grip of the smart part as my last one just worked out when it was dry so was a little bit easier. I'm sure this will be cracking once i take the time to suss this out. "

"This machine has excelled my expectations. Huge drum, tbh too big for my family of three. It drys the clothes quickly and they don’t come out all crumpled; bonus for me as I hate ironing. Great cycles. Only draw back is the water container is right at the bottom and you need to take the flap down to get to it. Apart from that it’s a great dryer "
