"It arrived with an integral part missing. I phoned Candy to get it sorted. They said they would send me an engineer to fit the missing part. i made sure the guy knew exactly what the problem was, i asked him to repeat it, he did. A day later Domec phoned me and said Candy had no right to give me an appointment. They also go the fault wrong. Domec gave me another appointment. I asked if they had made a note of the missing part. The guy said he had. I asked if the engineer would come with the missing part. He said, "Not necessarily!""
