"Good machine. Large 10kg drum helps dry clothes quickly, I bought this ordinary condenser to replace a very expensive heat pump condenser which lasted only 3 years before the pump gave up. Same make and series but see how the condenser matches up against the heat pump over time. WiFi is a nice gimmick as mines out in the utility, so I preprogrammed usint the app and set it going once loaded with NFC. For the money, I am super impressed so far. "
"We bought this product in a hurry due to failure of our previous dryer and were attracted by its large load capacity. To be fair it does exactly what it is says and is very efficient. It is however early days and there are concerns about its design and robustness. More research may have produced a different selection.. The water container is situated at the very bottom of the machine which makes it unwieldy and heavy for regular emptying by any but the strongest. The bottom cover also has to be completely removed to empty rather than hinge. Cannot think of a worse place to put the container. Definitely not thought through and the reason for the low rating."
