"I am really happy with my purchase. Fab large drum, which dries really quickly, and so quiet compared to my old machine. When I read the reviews the only drawback people mentioned was how you empty the water as you flip down the door at the bottom. I've left mine off as it gets a lot of use, and I don't think the plastic catches would stand the test of time. "
