"Very noisy with scraping sounds when started up. Rang Candy help line and was advised due to transit. Let it run several cycles . If persists ring them back.
Thought I was being given the `fob off` but to be fair after a few runs the noise has significantly reduced.
However, not happy a brand new machine would have this problem."

"Fantastic sized drum for large washes. Easy controls and a good selection of options for different fabrics. It’s quieter than my old dryer and most ch easier to empty the fluff collector.
My only negative for this dryer so far is the water tray. This is at the very bottom of the machine and ever time I have emptied it I’ve scratched my knuckles on our floor. "
