"This machine is a very nice piece of equipment to use and has multiple settings that can take some getting used to, but this is no problem with time only thing we are having problems with is the candy app as doesn’t seem to be easy to get to connect to machine with phone but all in all a great machine that I would recommend to others. And with easy to clean filters it’s a breeze.
Now for the ONLY con to this machine to get to the condenser tank you need to take the whole bottom front panel off to reach as this is the only way to reach it."

"It dries clothes fine and is really big and just what we needed but one of the reasons I chose it was for the smart component, which I can’t use with an iPhone 7? The instructions also could have been clearer and the water storage would be better placed at the top of the machine than at the bottom. But.. for what I paid and what we needed it is excellent and does the job."

"Unit arrived and it's as expected, a cheap functional dryer.
The condenser tank is situated at the bottom of the machine so it is not very ergonomic having to bend down to remove it for enjoying. If you have poor mobility then I suggest other models that pump the water up to a top mounted reservoir.
The reservoir is behind a plastic cover which I can see snapping eventually through use.
The display has developed a daily where the top segment of the 7-segment display is partially lit. This makes a 1 look like a 7. Confusing, but the machine still works.
As a condensing dryer it does collect water but a lot still exhausts into the surroundings creating a lot of moisture. Something to consider when deciding where to install.
