"Heavier than expected but that is because it is solidly built. Option for condensate drain is great - saves having to empty out the tank every load. Very pleased with the purchase."

"Early days using this but I really like it. Takes a minute to read the instructions- need to pay attention more to fabric type and rough weight of fabrics adding to different programmes to get the end result you’re after. There are dryness level options too. The programme length can show a long drying time on the screen but I have found this adjusts dramatically after about an hour- to much less time. Clothes have been very dry. Not yet received my next electric bill but it has a good energy efficiency rating so hopefully isn’t too much extra! An affordable option. Note- heat pumps don’t fare well in cold places so not for use in a garage etc.."

"Only had it a week so can’t comment on long term reliability although prior experience of Bosch products suggests it will be excellent. So far, absolutely delighted with this drier. Very quiet, very easy to use, controls are simple, water reservoir a doddle to empty and the double skin fluff filter is really good. It takes a bit longer to dry stuff than my old condenser type drier but uses about half the energy - the heat pump technology seems really efficient. Not cheap but it works very well. Highly recommended."
