"I am very pleased with this product. It is not too noisy. The cupboard dry setting dried normal cloth just over an hour. It took over 3 hours to dry the towels which I consider it reasonable. "

It is slightly more noisy than I expected, but this is my first tumble drier, so it may just be how they are.
Looks very well made, doesn't vibrate or move when using.
Happy with the purchase, living in Scotland, where drying clothes outside is often not possible."

"This is a very nice well built product that we bought to avoid having to vent the dryer through a 100mm hose. We were pleasantly surprised that the dryer came with a drain hose attachment to allow you to drain the condensed warm air into a sink or U-bend rather than have to empty the condenser tank each cycle. The fitting of the hose was difficult and did not seem to pass any water even when fitted and routed as the instructions and the room felt humid and clothes damp after each drying cycle completed. We switched the drain hose back to the internal water tank and it worked perfectly and the room no longer became humid and the clothes dried well. Faulty drain hose, hence 4 stars rather than 5."
