"Really happy with my new washer dryer. Unfortunately, the first one I ordered couldn’t be plumbed in within the available space, but there was no problem making an exchange and the fitter went out of his way to ensure the alternative I chose would fit! I even got a refund of the recycling charge as an apology that wasn’t really AO’s fault - the manufacturer should have been clearer! "

"I am fully satisfied with my new washer/dryer. The purchase was easy and the delivery was quick and on time. I would have welcomed more comprehensive instructions but I am learning as I go - like all modern appliances.
I saw some negative responses from other purchasers but that has not been my experience. I am happy to recommend this washer dryer which I chose because of the manufacturers reputation and because the size matched the cabinet in which I mounted it.
