"Great machine which is quiet and easy to use. Some of the programmes are unfeasibly long (4 hours) but there are others that are shorter for day to day washing. Overall good value for money that does what it says. "

"More courteous guys would be hard to find, they understood the erroneous logistics when they called on the day of delivery, without question arrived in minutes. Bot only were they efficient,clean workingbut paid attention to finer details -the integral cupboard now closes for the 1st time in 6yrs.!
The new BIWD actually shows the programme let's you know when it starts and finishes and thankfully produces clean, fresh, dry garments at a superior level to the pre vious model.

"We purchased this item to replace separate washing machine and drier. The washing machine is quiet during the cycles and the clothes are cleaned well. I am not as impressed with the drying facility of this machine as I had hoped to be able to use it as a separate function, but we have not yet found a cycle that completely dries the clothes!!"

"I needed to replace an Integrated Washer Dryer quickly and also needed a good price and service. AO and this product certainly did all that. Great delivery & install service courteous, professional and thorough. The machine is surprisingly good for the price with all the features I wanted. Most importantly it is amazingly quiet even on a spin cycle, this was important as its installed in a open plan space in a flat. Not wanting to have noise issues for us or our neighbours. I just wish I could find a way to turn off the beeping to mark the end of wash etc"

"Easy to order. Easy fitted but not a good washer.
Doesn’t dry clothes properly and they come out smelly. Two towels took three hours to dry and smelled awful. "
