"So far so good, only used twice but was surprised how quiet the machine is while washing & especially when on spin. Not used dryer cycle yet but sure it will be used a lot in winter months.
Very satisfied with delivery men who arrived on time & we’re very polite & helpful, they took a photo of machine being delivered, and in place by kitchen ,which I thought was a fantastic idea. "

"I bought as a replacement for my parents, I found it easy to fit, although a few extra bits that I’m not sure what to do with, but most importantly my mum was able to follow the instructions and getting it working on the first attempt !!
Good wash results too I’m told "

"It’s a great product. It’s quiet when spinning which is great as I live in a too floor flat. Very easy to use on a wash and I like that I can pause if I have forgotten to add an item. One thing that is confusing at the beginning is getting it to dry only but the instructions help. "

"I had an Indesit washing machine breakdown and found that only Hotpoint / Indesit devices would fit in the gap in my kitchen. Went for a washer dryer this time and although the cycles are fairly long, it seems to be quite eco friendly!"

"Would not buy this washer/dryer again. Flimsy plastic door on the machine and overall feels cheap though it was not the cheapest washer dryer. I have had Hotpoint washer/dryers in the past and bought Hotpoint this time in expectation of a reliable machine. There is an annoying clunk which reverberates around the house when the drying cycle is being used. I have searched on the internet and other owners complain about the same noise. It is apparently due to a valve opening and closing. Bought it 6 months ago and have got a repair booked in this week as the door lock does not engage so can't start a wash cycle.I don't normally leave reviews but this washer/dryer is an immense disappointment and I am on the verge of getting rid of it and buying another washer/dryer. "
