"ao service was brilliant, delivering quickly especially during COVID-19; also took my old machine away. Couldn't be easier.
As for the machine: it arrived well packed with all the bits to install and the fitting instructions were easy to follow, even had a guide to fit the kitchen door which worked perfectly.
After trying a few loads I've found it washes well and the drying function also works well. It's quite and doesn't shake around; once level. Even has an auto-clean feature which is really handy as my old machine used to get smelly really quickly.
The instructions are clear; however, the only bad point was that it doesn't tell you how to use the auto-clean feature; I had to look it up on-line. (In case you are wondering you need to press the "slow spin" and "extra rinse" buttons together and hold for more than 5s; then it will start.)
Overall great value for money and a good machine."

"Usually I do a lot of research before purchasing appliance but got this in a hurry to get it installed before coronavirus restrictions.
Luckily it seems fine. I particularly like the quick wash and dry function
Installation was stress free. The fitter knew exactly what he was doing. Thank you. "

"I bought it as an emergency buy on tight budget, as my old washing machine broke down just before Christmas. I didn't expect too much from budget washing dryer. What I found out it is less noisy than my old one (and more expensive item), working perfectly fine and washing is coming of it clean and dry. Highly recommended."
