"We bought this hob 10 months ago. We were upgrading a Neff hob we’d had for 20 yrs. from day one the stainless steel surface became damaged by the cast iron pot supports. It also developed scratches and marks that are unexplainable. We know how to care for a stainless steel hob and have done so successfully for many years.
When I complained to Neff, all they offered was somebody to come and give us advice on care and/or repair of the damage. This would have been a waste of time. Their attitude was not helpful and only vaguely apologetic.
In my opinion the design and quality of this hob is very poor. I would not recommend it."
