"I had it installed yesterday and it doesn't heat up, which is kind of its only job. It gets two stars because the grill does work - as the only source of heat in my kitchen, I'm finding out a hundred new ways to cook food under a grill that I never knew existed. AO told me to contact the manufacturer, then when I complained, booked in an engineer themselves but not for another two weeks time. I'm sure it's a great oven when it works - I just wouldn't know what that was like."

"Worst oven I've ever had. The fan only kicks in when you turn the heat up. A baked spud that took an hour in all my other ovens takes half hour longer in this one. I have to thermometer check all meat cooked in it because I can't judge cooking time any more, the other day my chicken breasts had to go back in after over an hour. After 5 weeks there is still a strong burning smell. Not great at all. I don't know how long I will put up with it before I have to buy something else. I'm not happy."
