"Delivery from A O was spot on with a call to say they were on their way. Package arrived and was placed in my Kitchen, all wrapped up. Great so far, but the oven was missing a wire shelf inside when unpacked. This is no way the fault of A O but the stress of trying to get through to the manufacturer certainly tried my patience. I wait with baited breath to see if it arrives and is the right one"

"Bought two of the above ovens to replace one faulty one
I am glad I did as these are far better than the previous ones. It can take a little bit time to work out the operation but once you conquer this the ovens are great and cook evenly. The added bonus is when you grill anything it is done with the doors closed and there have been no false alarms with smoke from the previous ovens. Have only had them in operation since Friday but really satisfied "
