"Oven does not heat up, nothing gets cooked in the time it does normally and the tray that came with it scratches the sides when it is slid in. Wasting my time on the end of a phone line to Baumatic...37 minutes on the phone and still no answer. "

"I was really impressed with the service, time scale of the delivery and the delivery driver too. He was very pleasant, and left the Item where I could get access to after removing my old appliance. The whole process from ordering the cooker to the delivery was a perfect easy and smooth transaction.
