"This is my first brand new oven - and it's great. It's easy to operate and it's massive inside.
The delivery was planned for early morning, but was delayed twice - then the 2 men were rushing around and left a bit of my old oven on my driveway. The fitting took less than 10 minutes - I wish I'd asked my dad...
I'm really pleased with the oven but I do think the delivery and recycling charges are a bit steep. AO wouldn't price match with another well known seller as they charge a delivery fee?!

"This Baumatic is without a doubt the best built-in oven I've had in years. It's spacious, easy to clean and cooks evenly and perfectly every time. Loads os options too including fan grill and pizza cook. Excellent choice and not too expensive. "

"I was very pleased with the service on line and delivery. I bought this oven for my flat that isn’t used a great deal so ideal price. The only element I didn’t like was the approach re insurance. At the low prices from AO it was not worth it, I had to explain to the customer service representative who called me. It would have been better to give this as a option on line."

"Ordering very easy, confirmation by email, also , by telephone. Delivery time of product was excellent, time slot issued as well as the gentleman who delivered the product contact name and number, everything you would want in a service, every little attention to detail was given. EXCELLENT.
Oven, excellent quality, price you cannot beat."
