"Was so lmpresed with the cooker, sales and delivery I sent an email straight away with our thanks.
My oven packed up on Tuesday night after my wife got home from her 12 hour shift at the hospital, we had a quick look before she went to bed for her next day shift. On the Wednesday morning I rang AO for some advise spoke to a guy called Sam, he guided me through the questions and ordered the oven over the phone and told me it would be delivered and fitted by Friday morning.
7.20 am the guys fitted the cooker took my old one away.
We used the cooker on the Friday lunch time and had a problem with the handle, rang aol fitter out on the Monday to sort it
The cooker is 1st class never heard of Baumatic before, but so far so good

"I decided to purchase my new Baumatic oven to replace my old Necht oven due to it's ten years of service finally catching up with it.
I hope the new one gives me the same longevity, the reason I chose this brand was it's good reviews and competitive pricing, and it matched my hob which is a Baumatic brand."
