"Broken plastic housing for runners this has to be held in place with a screw otherwise the grill which holds the filter will fall off which in turn could cause an accident to user."
"Product itself is very good however installation instructions leave a lot to be desired. for example gives figures (20) from top of cupboard but 20 what? mm, cm, inches hands?"

"The hood works alright but the instructions could be improved regarding installing. The price was very reasonable for a good looking cooker hood that works well. No charcoal filter was included but universal one from local store was easily trimmed and installed."

"Easy fitting, no hassle extractor - only downside is that the slides are bit stiff/clunky to open. Other than that it does what it says & good for budget."
