As other reviewers have said, it is very quiet in operation and could really have done with a neon light on the front to confirm that it is operating correctly. The freezer seems to be well built, but I find that the handle sticks out from the face a bit more than is needed. Just hope that I don't need to contact Hisense uk in the future as they have a rating of 1.5* by 88% on Trustpilot !!"
