"This was my second attempt to replace an old Bosch machine. My first choice had been a Beko but after it danced across the room on fast spin cycles it was returned. I then took a chance on a Hisense after reading the reviews on line. So far I am very impressed with the quality and performance. My only niggle is that the instruction manual has been written by someone for who English is not the first language and it instructs you to attach a sound proof panel to the bottom of the machine. The sound proof panel is made up of two parts one being acoustic wool. This was missing when I unpacked the machine. I have contacted Hisense two weeks ago and I am still awaiting a response despite being told that I would be called back in 24 hours. In the event that I need to contact them under the warranty in the future hopefully I will get a better response. "

"Brought this to replace a 6Kg 1600rpm Beko machine. The machine looks good, big door, depth is quite slim and fits in to those tighter spaces well for me. Simple controls lots of programs I will never use, but that is the way of manufactures adding features, at least it not have WiFi. The machine on wash and spin cycles is significantly quieter than previous machine, like the direct drive and A+++ (B on spin cycle) rating. Do read the limited instructions and don't take the drum retaining bolts out completely, need to be partially unscrewed then used to remove the bolt retaining bung, if you do remove them, as I did they can be pushed through and recovered from under the machine, no problem. The machine came with a board to be fitted under the machine to reduce noise further, the instructions talked about acoustic wool as part of this but none supplied, so I have currently not fitted this board, a lot quieter than previous belt drive machine already, no jumping around. All in all so far very satisfied"
