"Lovely and quiet in operation, everything well laid out, 10 year parts guarantee too and free fairy product. not quite so intuitive to use as other machine I have, but still very happy with purchase."

"The machine looks great but the programmes are all quite long in time, unlike my previous machine that had a quick wash. This is inconvenient when I need the items being washed or have lots of dishes to clean (slimline so less capacity). My least favourite part is the cutlery holder which is on the top shelf and too high for most of my cutlery to fit in without jamming against the top.
Also not satisfied with the fact it was advertised as coming with 3 months of free Fairy detergent. It wasnt included with the machine, and I have been unable to find out how to request it - customer service phone lines have waiting times of 40 mins and nobody has replied to my email.
