"I am so disappointed and frustrated with my NEW fridge. It worked for 2 days then it started to freeze over on the roof and the back wall of the fridge. When the roof of the fridge starts to ‘defrost’ the top shelf and its contents get soaked. I checked the temperature and it can be anything from 4 to 9 degrees. I booked a priority repair with LEC and 12 days later, hearing nothing from the Engineer, I have now been told the part (new thermostat) has not come into stock yet.
Why did LEC not test that this product was functioning before selling it?"
