TV freezes 4 no reason,restarts ,

"TV freezes 4 no reason then restarts ,volume to loud on No1, rang veltech about how to record on usb stick ,didn't have a clue after 2 times ringing and no call back ,I worked it out on my own , customer service ha ha a joke, 0345 number cost me loads to get through ,the tech guy busy,discusting service,"
