"One year of use. The overall washing cycle is fine producing clean results and the cloths get dried adequately but there are issues. This is not a quiet washer/dyer. It whines while washing which is not too bad but it screeches when spinning, can be ear spitting so not recommended for people who suffer from migraines and it will set your tinnitus off. If it is not exactly level it will knock loudly and bounce around your kitchen when spinning at high speed. Animals will be scared by this machine. Now it doesn't want to wash single large towels which it refuses to spin leaving a soggy towel in the bottom of the drum. If you do manage to spin the towels and cloths in one of the normal programs then if you want it to dry them you must first spin at the maximum 1400 rpm for at least 10 mins (there is a program just for that) or it will take hours to get the cloths dry, then you should reduce the load by half and dry them separately which is quicker in the long run. I am not sure exactly how it does it but it seems to heat evaporate any moisture in the cloths and condenses the water somewhere and pumps it out with the fluff ... there is no vent or flexible duct hose as some dryers have and no filter to remove the fluff, this means every 5 mins it is emptying to the drain with the pump ... can be a bit noisy and annoying. I must have bent the door back too far when using it before the kitchen front was fitted and there are cracks at the door hinge. Just the plastic and doesn't show. I have not been able to eliminate the knocking on spinning entirely by leveling so I suspect the internal dampers and springs are not properly engineered for the task or the drum assembly is faulty and unbalanced. It's a bit cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. If it gets worse I will seek a repair/refund under its two year warreny."

"It perfectly fits the small space in my kitchen that most washing machines are too big for. I'm happy with the programmes and things have been coming out clean and dry even on the rapid wash setting. The only downside has been the poorly translated user manual. "
