"So far the I have not found a problem with oven, the fact of the matter is I paid for a new oven and am convinced I got a used one.The box and packaging was in a very bad state. tattered and torn all down corners, bald patches where old labels were torn off several layers of tape over old layers, inside oven was not in plastic bag covering , bag was stuffed in the side, no covering over plug throngs. if you think all of that is not important I can assure you it will not inspire customers to choose you to buy an item. from "
