"This microwave didn’t work-power supply was fine but it didn’t heat. Russell Hobbs customer services was great though & authorised an exchange through AO. The RH microwave was out of stock, so AO were fantastic & offered me a replacement alternative with refund of the difference. Great service-thanks AO. "
