"Bought this along with an AEG ProSteam Technology L7FBG842R 8Kg Washing Machine to use in a stacked configuration (AEG/Electrolux staking kit required). The drying modes are brilliant, heat pump is a winner and it's a reverse action dryer as well. You have the option to use a draining kit (also sold separately) so you don't have to constantly empty the condensation tank. For a busy home with the dryer being used fairly regularly, heat pump technology really helps in keeping the energy costs down. Drainage kit helps not have to concern yourself with emptying the condensation tank.
Only complaint would be that the AEG only offer a 2 year warranty on their heat pump dryers whilst their washers offer up to 5 years extended. So if the 5 year warranty is a must, have a little think. Apart from that, this dryer does it all, very well."
"This is the first drier I have used but very pleased with it. Easy to set up and install and works really well. There is a range of different settings / modes but I mainly use the eco mode and it seems fine.
There is a separate water tank which you need to empty after every one or two cycles (its a condenser so doesn't use a pipe to vent). You also need to clean the removable filter after every use. The unit is quiet in operation and is well made."
"I invested in this tumble dryer to try and be more energy efficient, I know there are cheaper options, but I have had an AEG washing machine for a good few years now and think AEG is a leading make. I am recently widowed and bloke doing washing is not a good mix, but this piece of kit makes it so much easier, and no need to vents etc. Recommended."

"Overall, pretty good. Takes longer than a conventional dryer to get the clothes completely dry. Doesn't seem to get as hot inside as a regular dryer but still does the job. Controls a bit fiddly. Pretty quiet and large capacity. Really easy to clean filter and empty water tank. Only operates at max efficiency within a narrow temperature range so only suitable for room temperature environments around 20 degrees. Good range of different programs."
"Very pleased with this Drier. Well made and is great with the large door and drum. It is much quieter than any drier I have had in the past. Once you set the dryness to suit water softness, it is set for hard water by default (soft water in the south west so maximum dryness for us) it is very simple to use and energy efficient. "
"Absolutely love the product. It was recommended to me by someone else. It leaves the clothes super soft and you can dry pretty much everything in it. It has many functions and you can always find one that's most suitable to your clothing and fabric. "
